Job Opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Duties vary depending on the job you are performing but in general all positions require:

Maintain a fast and efficient pace throughout the shift

WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to work 5-6 days a week

Job stations can be in moist, cool or even cold or hot

Many products have different ingredients or seasonings which cause a variety of aromas

Manufacturing area requires ear plugs or earmuffs

Personal protective equipment must be worn

ENTRY LEVEL
INSPECTORS
Involves visually and physically sorting products to ensure quality and customer expectations.
MAINTENANCE
MECHANIC
Ensure equipments running at optimal levels to help drive production quality and safety.
OFFICE
ADMINISTRATION
Jobs vary based on the needs of the business and location.
FORKLIFT
OPERATORS
Move materials to the manufacturing line and finished goods to designated areas. This includes receiving and shipping materials in a safe and efficient manner.
SUPERVISORY
POSITIONS
In charge of the facility for operations, safety and quality for a shift. Can be responsible for multiple manufacturing lines.
EQUIPMENT
OPERATORS
Ensures the efficient operation of equipment to deliver both the highest quality, safety and volume of product to the end customer.
MANUFACTURING
LINE LEADS
Team member is in charge of directing the team, equipment, safety and quality of a designated manufacturing line.
PRODUCT
PACKAGING
Involves individual to properly place products in boxes and or cases.
OTHER POSSIBLE POSITIONS
Quality Assurance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Recruiting & Human Resources, Purchasing etc.
